A yoga practice builds confidence in ourselves and our abilities. The yogic values teach to live from the heart, rather than the ego. Humility is the value that will bring balance to our lives. Humility teaches us to respect ourselves and our values without pushing them on others. This 30 minute vinyasa flow will open the hips and heart for humble warrior and help explore the balance between confidence and humility. This practice is open to all levels.* It flows through stages. You are welcome to stay at the stage that feels most comfortable for your body.
